In a world full of stimuli, responsibility and constant accessibility, our minds are rarely truly calm. Many people experience stress, excessive demands, inner turmoil or circling thoughts as "normal". But our nervous system is not designed to be permanently in alarm mode.


In this class, you will receive a gentle and understandable introduction to the world of meditation. It is particularly suitable for beginners - you don't need any previous experience.


Together we will explore different meditation techniques so that you can find out what feels natural and supportive for you.
