The right technique is the basis for healthy and long-term enjoyment of training. Our running specialist will show you in a very practical way what really matters. Find out everything you need to know about stress and joint-friendly relief when running. For beginners, returning runners and running fanatics alike.

- Including video analysis (before, slow jogging, running technique)!

Important notes:
- FEE: 70 euros (incl. video analysis) / Discount with Wellpass: 10 euros / Please bring bar with you.
CLOTHING: Come dressed for the weather! For the running analysis, it is advisable to wear tight-fitting clothing.
- NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: If only one person registers, Meike offers personal training including video analysis: for 60 min at 75 euros. For two people, the workshop time is reduced to approx. 90 min. For three or more people, the workshop will take place as normal.
- WEATHER: Our workshop will also take place in cold and wet weather! If necessary, we will be in the gym or covered outdoor area!
