Bus Bus schedules and tickets are available at the reception: Line 1, Pommernstraße stop; runs every 10 minutes on weekdays. Line 3, bus stop Schlesierstraße; runs every 20 minutes on weekdays Experience Appointments for city tours, sightseeing and churches are available at the reception. Express check out You are welcome to settle your hotel bill the evening before. Lost property We are happy to return forgotten items to their owners by post (we charge 15.00 for postage and handling and send the invoice with the parcel). You are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception after check-out. Pets Unfortunately, four-legged pets are not allowed in our hotel. Please also note that in Bavaria smoking is only allowed outside the building or on the balcony. In case of violations we charge 150,00 € for the increased cleaning effort. In case of smoke alarm or fire alarm and fire brigade intervention, costs of up to 1000,00 € may be incurred. Nordic Walking We will gladly lend you Nordic Walking sticks and give you tips for nearby running routes. Please contact the reception. Cancellation In case of a room cancellation, we kindly ask you to inform us in writing. The cancellation period is: Room reservations with breakfast: can be cancelled free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. Room reservations with 3/4 pampering board: can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. Package bookings and bookings with wellness treatments: can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days in advance.
