Geigenbühelstraße 203, Seefeld in Tirol
Circular hike to the Rosshütte Panorama Restaurant and the Hocheggalm
The hike begins at the valley station of the Rosshütte mountain railways and leads first into the upper Hermannstal valley. From there, the “Krummer Steig” winds steadily uphill to the Rosshütte Panorama Restaurant.
Once at the top, it’s time for a well-deserved rest. The restaurant entices with regional specialties and a breathtaking view of the surrounding peaks and valleys—a perfect moment to take in the scenery.
The return route leads back down into the valley via Kaltwassersee. A detour is well worth it: the reservoir reflects the surrounding mountains and lends the scenery a special atmosphere. After circling the lake, the trail continues to the Hochegg Alm.
Here, the sun terrace invites you to take one last break. With homemade delicacies and a view of the alpine landscape, you can relax and round off the hike before heading back to the starting point.
Tip: Lake Kaltwasser invites you to relax and enjoy the view.
