From there, we begin our hike with a gentle ascent, following the slightly rocky trail with a wonderful view of the Tux and Zillertal Alps. Once we reach the plateau (2,250 m), we’ll be in the perfect spot to practice yoga against a stunning mountain backdrop. The approximately one-hour yoga session includes, among other things, asanas, stretching, and relaxation exercises. With clear minds and fulfilled hearts, we’ll then hike back along the same path we took on the way up to our starting point at Melchboden.
