Dear guests,
On August 21, we are hosting a very special evening at our farm!
On this day, our kitchen will exceptionally remain cold - because our chef is off. But don't worry: Farmer Martin himself will be swinging the grill! On our large smoker grill, he cooks a tender braised Burgundy ham roast - smoky on the outside, juicy on the inside, prepared with lots of love and farmyard charm. 🔥🍖
We also serve you a fine selection of homemade salads:
🥔 Potato salad
🥬 Coleslaw
🥕 Coleslaw (American coleslaw, creamy and fresh)
🥒 Cucumber salad
The whole thing is rounded off with a fine sauce, various dips and fresh baguette.
At the end, there's a small digestive schnapps on the house for everyone. 🥃
All other drinks are subject to a charge - you can choose from the following:
🍺 Flensburg beer on tap ("Edles Helles")
🍷 Wines
🍸 Cocktails & aperitifs
🥤 Soft drinks
