Then this is the right place for you!\n\nIn the advanced crawl course we will intensively practice the finer points of arm stroke, breathing and leg stroke.\n\nIn addition, we will learn the roll turn in order not to interrupt the rhythm of swimming in the pool and swim a few meters at a time.\n\nSaturday and Sunday, approx. 8 to 10 a.m.\n\npure swimming time approx. 8:30-9:30 a.m.\n\n(beforehand neoprene try-out, meeting, ...)\n\nPROFESSIONALLY accompanied by Meike Krebs-Gatzka, former professional triathlete and sports scientist.\n\nWOW: small group with max. 6 persons\n\nWOW: Sailfish neoprene test suit on request\n\nWOW: individual video analysis on request (extra charge!)\n\nFee: 50 Euro.\n\nFee: 70 Euro including video analysis.\n\nPlease bring the fee in cash.\n\nMINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS AND CANCELLATION\n\nIf there are three participants, the compact course will be reduced to one workshop day. Meike also offers personal training for individuals.\n\nIf you cancel at short notice or do not show up, we reserve the right to charge you the fee.\n\nPREREQUISITES:\n\nBasics in crawl swimming - one lane at a time should be mastered.\n\nWEATHER AND CLOTHING?\n\nThis workshop will also take place in cool and rainy weather.
