EVENING ROOM SERVICE

Would you like to make use of the evening room service (making beds, changing towels, etc.)? Please let reception know.


ALLERGIES / FOOD INCOMPATIBILITIES

To ensure that you can enjoy a carefree stay with us, please let us know your allergies or food intolerances well in advance of your arrival.

For logistical reasons, it is not possible for us to cater for every type of allergy or intolerance when preparing our meals. Therefore, consultation before booking is absolutely necessary. Even though our kitchen team works with the utmost care, (cross-)contamination cannot be ruled out. Notifications on site can no longer be taken into account.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival, we ask that you vacate your room by 11.00 am. Our inclusive services start at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and end at 11.00 am on the day of departure. Our offer for the use of pools, saunas, bathrobe, bath towels and SPA lounge on the day of arrival before 3.00 pm or on the day of departure after 11.00 am is € 41,- per person. This use is free of charge for stays of three nights or more.


Doctor / Pharmacist

Dr. Neuy comes to the hotel on Monday and Thursday for our spa guests. You can make appointments with her at the spa reception. You can find out the current doctor or pharmacy emergency service at reception.

Emergency service (for accidents or life-threatening illnesses): Pick up the receiver, press "0", wait for the dial tone and then dial 112.


TIPS FOR EXCURSIONS AND HIKING SUGGESTIONS

You can obtain these from reception. Various flyers of excursion destinations are also available there.



BATHROOMS AND BATH TOWELS

... are ready for you in your room. Please take your wellness bag with the bath and wellness towel with you to the SPA area. It is available for you to borrow during your stay. If you need additional bath towels, please let the chambermaid know.

Forgot your slippers at home? If required, you can obtain terry slippers from reception.

Please note: do not wear a bathrobe to lunch in the panorama restaurant. You are welcome to enjoy your lunch in the Bergstüble or in our SPA Lounge.


BERGKRISTALL AKTIV PREMIUM PROGRAM

Guided hikes, Nordic walking, yoga, aqua fit, meditation, e-bike tours... through fitness to relaxation. Please register for participation in our activity book at reception.

BOOKS

In our atrium you will find our Library for feel-good moments with books on various topics. Please put them back on the shelves after reading.

You are also welcome to leave the book you have read with other guests or take out a book that is not marked "reading copy".

We will also be happy to obtain a book of your choice from the local bookshop.


HANGING SERVICE

We can iron your clothes on request. Your ironed clothes will be returned to you on the same day if you hand them in by 12.00 noon - usually within an hour.

You can also borrow an iron and ironing board from reception.


CONCIERGE

Do you have a special request, wishes or suggestions, or need a tip for a hike, excursion or shopping trip? Then get in touch with our reception staff. They will be happy to help you and always have an open ear for questions and requests relating to your stay. They will be happy to organize your personal moment for you.

DEPOT FOR YOUR SPORTS EQUIPMENT

Ask at reception about the options for storing your sports equipment, be it winter gear, your bike or your golf bag. You can also get access to the respective storage facilities here.


DOORMAN SERVICE

We can park your car on request and drive it back to you if necessary.


E-CHARGING STATIONS

There are several charging stations for your electric car at the hotel.

For charging, you will receive a charging card at reception, which you can keep for the entire duration of your stay.

To start the charging process, all you have to do is plug in the cable and hold your card to the wallbox.

When you unplug the cable or when the car is 100% charged, the charging process ends automatically.

The electricity price is €0.50 per kWh. We will then charge the final amount to your room bill on departure.

We are also happy to help you with a small introduction.

Our breakfast rush hour times:

- 07.30 hrs to 09.00 a.m. - there is still little going on, a relaxed start to the day

- 09.00 to 10.00 a.m. - most guests are now awake, there may be waiting times at the buffet

- 10.00 to 11.00 a.m. - the rush of guests has calmed down a little


Our rush hour times Dinner:

- 18.30 to 19.00 - the first guests take their seats

- 19.00 to 20.00 - the kitchen is working at full speed, please bring some time with you

- 20.00 to 20.30 - it's getting a little quieter, most of the courses have been served


BAGGAGE SERVICE

We are happy to help you with your luggage. Please let us know at reception and we will collect your luggage from your room.

HANDY

Please set your cell phone to silent mode or do not use it in the restaurant, in the Kristall SPA and on the sunbathing lawn out of consideration for other hotel guests. Have you forgotten your charging cable? You can borrow one from reception.


HEIMATGUT BOUTIQUE

Small vacation memories or unusual items? Things that caught your eye during your stay at home? Gifts for those who stayed at home or for yourself? Light vacation clothing...? Take your time to browse through our hotel store.

DOGS

Dogs are generally welcome in our hotel. However, not all rooms allow pets. When making your inquiry, please must let us know that you are traveling with your four-legged friend so that we can offer you a suitable feel-good room.


Pets are not allowed in our restaurant and Kristall SPA. Your dog is welcome to accompany you in the Atrium and the HansiBAR.


- We charge € 25.00 per dog per day

- So that your furry friend gets used to its new surroundings as quickly as possible and feels "poodle" comfortable with us, it is best to bring familiar objects with you. This could be their favorite toy, blanket or food bowl, for example. This will also help prevent your four-legged friend from getting into the hotel furniture.

- Nevertheless, be prepared for incidents. As unpleasant as it may be, you as the owner are liable for any damage caused by your dog, such as scratches or hard-to-remove dirt. We therefore recommend that you take out appropriate liability insurance.

- Your faithful companion will find a welcome treat and a food and water bowl in the room.

- Please bring suitable dog food with you from home. We ask for your understanding that we cannot store and prepare food for your dog for hygienic reasons.

- Ideally, you should only leave your dog alone in the room in exceptional cases. In this case, please hang the "I am alone" dog sign on your room door. This way, no member of staff will enter the room.

- Unfortunately, the sun doesn't always shine here either. In the event that your dog gets dirty while playing outside, you will find towels at our main entrance and at the two side entrances to dry your dog's paws. For the big business, you will find a bin for dog bags next to the main entrance and at the side house facing east.

- Although your dog may sleep on the sofa or on the bed in your home, we prefer you to bring your four-legged friend a dog basket. If your dog still wants to make itself comfortable on the upholstered furniture, please use the "dog sheets" to cover it, which we will be happy to provide

- If your dog does have a little mishap in the hotel, please do not hesitate to let us know.


INTERNET & TV

In the rooms as well as in our atrium and the panorama lounge you have the possibility to connect to the internet via our

W-LAN "Bergkristall". On the website that opens automatically, all you have to do is agree to the terms of use and click on "Login". If you have any technical questions or problems (TV or Internet), please contact reception.


TICKET AND TICKET SERVICE

Would you like to attend the Bregenz Festival, Kulturtupfer, Schubertiade or various events in the village? We will be happy to get you tickets or reserve seats for you.

To check your mailbox, pick up the receiver, then click on the button with the letter symbol and listen. If this does not work, pick up the handset and dial 899 (mailbox).

We will be happy to fill your minibar. Simply select your preferred drinks from the list below. This service is available daily until 20:00. Requests received later will be fulfilled the next day.

NEXT ENTRANCE

Our main entrance is open until 11.00 pm. After that, we ask you to use the side entrances, which you can open at any time with your room card.


NORDIC WALKING

... is possible on signposted routes in three difficulty levels and a total length of 88.8 km. Nordic walking poles can be hired at reception.

You can settle your hotel bill until 22.30 on the day before departure and from 7.30 on the day of departure. We accept the following means of payment: cash, EC card, MasterCard and VisaCard. For express check-out, please contact reception 24 hours before departure.

CLEANING SERVICE

Chemical cleaning of guest laundry (if handed in before 9.00 am, return within 12 hours).


RECEPTION

Have you forgotten something, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste etc.? Perhaps you also need a power socket adapter or would like to deposit something in our safe at reception? We can photocopy and scan your documents for you. Just drop by our reception desk.

SHUTTLESERVICE

If you are arriving by train, we will be happy to pick you up from the station and take you back to the station for your departure. We do not offer a shuttle service to the town. However, we will be happy to order you a cab or provide you with information about the surrounding bus connections.

CANCELLATION TERMS

To ensure that you are covered against all eventualities, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.


The following is a brief summary of our general cancellation terms:

- Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

- In the event of a cancellation at short notice (within 7 days) or early departure, we charge 60% of the room price for

overnight stays/healthy enjoyment.

- Over Christmas & New Year's Eve, a cancellation period of 4 weeks before arrival applies.

Laundry service

You are welcome to use our in-house laundry, sewing and ironing service. The laundry bag and price list are available in your room. If you hand in your laundry before 9.00 am, it will be returned within 9 hours.


HIKING

There are 250 km of wonderful hiking trails in the "Nagelfluhkette" nature park around Oberstaufen and also directly from the hotel. If you would like to hike on your own, we will be happy to provide you with tips and a hiking map. With your digital guest card "Allgäu Walser Pass" you can travel free of charge on the Imberg, Hochgrat and Hündlebahn cable cars.

Our hiking guide Sepp will tell you stories about flora and fauna, Allgäu culture and humor during his guided hiking tours.


HIKING BACKPACK

A hiking backpack for your tours is available to borrow from reception. Here you can also borrow a hiking map and other tips.



SET ALARM SETTINGS

Press the wrench on your room telephone and select "ALARM SETTINGS" using the up arrow button Press the right arrow button until "ALARM" appears and select the right arrow button again to set the alarm clock time using the numeric keypad; the alarm time must be entered in 24-hour HH/MM format - confirm the time using the right arrow button. You must also set the alarm clock to "ON/OFF". In the Alarm clock menu item, select "ALARM ON/OFF" using the up arrow button, press the right arrow button and then select between ON/OFF. (Up arrow: Select menu item, right arrow: Activate/deactivate menu item)

The display shows "ALARM ON" if the alarm has been set successfully. The alarm must then be switched off, otherwise the telephone will ring at intervals.

You are also welcome to be woken up by reception from 07.00 a.m.


NEWSPAPER SERVICE

We will be happy to provide you with your desired daily newspaper every day. This will be left for you at reception.
