What could be better than experiencing the tranquility of the mountains early in the morning while doing something for your own well-being?
On the guided hike from Tiers to the Völseggspitze (1,834 m), a unique panoramic view of the Dolomites awaits you at sunrise. Afterward, at the family-run mountain hut nestled between the imposing Schlern and the legendary Rosengarten, you can enjoy a traditional mountain breakfast featuring high-quality South Tyrolean products.
In the late morning, the hiking guide will lead you back to Tiers via Schönblick. However, if you’d like to stay a while longer, you can relax on a blanket in the expansive meadow and hike back on your own.
HIKE DURATION (WITHOUT STOPS)
2:15 h to Völseggspitze (4.1 km; 638 m uphill),
15 min. from Völseggspitze to the Tschafon mountain hut (0.8 km; 102 m downhill),
2:50 h from the Tschafon mountain hut via Schönblick to Weißlahnbad (8.5 km; 749 m downhill)
The price includes the guided hike from Tiers to Völseggspitze, breakfast at the Tschafon mountain hut, and the return hike to Tiers.
Directions
Meeting point: Weißlahnbad. By car from Tiers toward St. Zyprian. Turn left at the St. Zyprian chapel and drive to the Weißlahnbad parking lot. Parking is free.
Useful Tips
In addition to standard hiking attire, bring good hiking boots, a windbreaker, a hat, possibly gloves, and hiking poles. Approx. 500 ml of water. A headlamp will be provided at the meeting point.
HIKE DIFFICULTY: Moderate—good physical fitness is required!
Suitable for adults and teens aged 16 and older!
The hike will take place with a minimum of 5 participants.
