DIY Yoga in the Exercise Room

Treat yourself to some personal downtime in our exercise and yoga room. Located behind the swimming pool on the left, you’ll find a quiet space for yoga, stretching, and mindful movement. Yoga mats, bolsters, yoga blocks, TRX bands, and Terra bands are available for your individual practice. The room is freely accessible at all times and can be used flexibly. We only ask that you move to another quiet spot when massages are taking place.
