Through the harmonious interplay of incense, healing chants, tree oils and the profound effect of 150 million year old stones from the Alps, coupled with my healing knowledge, you will quickly reach an extraordinary state that resembles a feeling of weightlessness.

In this state, your body undergoes powerful changes as it sheds old programming and embraces transformation.

It is an incredibly powerful experience that induces a deep meditative state by activating the theta waves in the brain while promoting deep physical relaxation.

People say about me that I am very sensitive, that I have very warm hands and a loving way of connecting with people's souls in moments. They say that I radiate a very warm, almost motherly love and that they always feel protected and in strong hands.

I am influenced by my grandmother's wisdom about nature and the mysterious knowledge of the effects of wild herbs and stones as well as ancient healing and breathing traditions. I live in the abundance of nature in the DOLOMITES.

ABOUT THE NAME OF STUDIO LEYLA

The word "Leyla" is an oriental woman's name. In Arabic it means "night", which is also linked to the yin-yang symbolism, where the dark half represents the female pole. Due to dualism, we are each attracted to the other half of the yin-yang in order to complete ourselves. But remember that each half carries the opposite color. This means that we as individuals are already complete. We have our own whole energy system running within ourselves. Every woman has masculine qualities within her to be in perfect balance, and so the man also has feminine energy parts that need to be strengthened and given space. Incidentally, we know from ancient Indian scriptures that Arabic is influenced by Shiva, the destroyer of ignorance. So it all fits together anyway.
