You don't need any previous experience or a certain level of flexibility.
You should bring an open mind, curiosity and comfortable clothing.
Yoga is not a competition or a performance comparison. It is about bringing body, breath and mind into harmony step by step - each person for themselves on their own mat.
Selected mobilizing and strengthening physical exercises, combined with conscious breathing and relaxation, bring the focus into the here and now.
Yoga is the perfect balance and complement to the demands of everyday life, work and sport. And if you agree with the following:

We challenge the body in a gentle and powerful way. Muscles, which are often shortened in men, are stretched, joint structures and fasciae become permeable, posture and sense of balance are improved in the long term. Dynamic movement sequences bring suppleness to the movement sequence. Static exercises combined with functional breathing create focus, space and permeability - on all levels.

If there are fewer than four participants, the class time will be reduced.
If you would like to practise on your own mat, you are welcome to bring your own equipment.

External guests pay: €15 or use their multi-ticket.
