Worries, fears, and racing thoughts can drain a lot of energy and prevent us from truly enjoying the present moment. In this yoga session, we give space to these very feelings—not to amplify them, but to gently release them. Through flowing yoga sequences combined with the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a proven tapping technique, we calm the nervous system, reduce inner tension, and strengthen our sense of security and trust. Step by step, what weighs us down is allowed to release, so that greater lightness, confidence, and inner stability can emerge again.
This session invites you to let go of worries, step off the merry-go-round of thoughts, and reconnect with your inner strength.
What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a gentle method in which tapping on specific acupressure points can reduce emotional burdens and stress reactions. The technique supports the body’s natural ability to regulate itself and promotes inner peace, balance, and well-being.
