After an active day on the slopes, this after-ski yoga session is just what your body and mind need. We meet in the warm, atmospheric yoga room at the Zederberghof - a peaceful place where you can gently wind down at the end of the day.
We start by focusing on mindful breathing and gentle mobilization to open up the body after hours in the snow. We then guide you through a soothing mix of stretches, flowing movements and gentle postures that are specifically tailored to the muscle groups used in skiing: Hips, back, thighs and shoulders.
The focus is on regeneration, relaxation and consciously letting go. Blockages are released, the muscles become more supple - and you find lightness in your body again. The session ends with a short guided relaxation that provides warmth, calm and a deep sense of well-being.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yoga practitioner: This session is suitable for anyone who wants to do something good for their body after skiing and find inner peace.
