Hike to the romantic, wintry Matzenpark

From the village center of Reith, walk through the archway at the Hotel Kirchenwirt to the Verschönerei, then follow the footpath straight on downhill into the district of Percha (R5). Turn left at the Nachtschattenhof, the path leads past the Jägerhäusl, directly into the Matzenpark. Walk back the same way.

Alternative: Back to the Nachtschattenhof and from there turn left towards Mühlbichl. Cross the main road, via the districts of Haidach and Bischofsbrunn back to the center of Reith.
