Hotel Bohinj
Pilates is a gentle yet highly effective form of exercise that connects movement with breath, strengthens the deep core muscles, and improves posture and body awareness.
During the winter months, sessions take place indoors in the hall; otherwise, they are held outdoors. In case of bad weather, the session will also be moved indoors.
What to bring: Comfortable sportswear and a bottle of water. Mats and blankets are provided. Suitable for all levels.
