Time for two - Chateaubriand

In February, the kitchen team at the SEETELHOTEL Ahlbecker Hof has a culinary delight in a class of its own in store for you: We serve Chateaubriand for two people every weekend.

The premium steak is cut from the thick middle section of the fillet. It is the most tender cut of beef, as the muscle in the hindquarter is only slightly stressed. With a slight marbling, this piece is a real dream that you should experience.
