Frogs - children's swimming from 5 years - compact course on 2 days - with parents!

Please note: Due to a thunderstorm warning and expected low temperatures, the course has been postponed by one week. New dates: Saturday and Sunday, July 25 and 26!

Does your child enjoy being in the water, already dive, and want to learn the breaststroke?

In this intensive course, we’ll practice the basics of the breaststroke (leg kick, arm stroke).

This course is specifically designed for “children with parents”, because your child might have a hard time if you’re not there.

2-Day Intensive Course

Small group with a maximum of 5 children

Pure swimming time each day: 45 min

Through diving, we’ll also work on floating, gliding, and breathing in the water.

After the course, there’s the option to earn the “Seeräuber”/“Pirate” or “Seepferdchen” swimming certification.

Professionally

and playfully led by Meike Krebs-Gatzka, a former professional triathlete and sports scientist.

Fee

50 euros. Please bring the fee in cash.

PREREQUISITES

Your child should be at least 5 years old.

Your child should be able to put their head underwater (dive) and jump into the water without fear.

EQUIPMENT

A wetsuit is required for all courses.

Meike has a few available for rent (please contact Meike directly: meike@meikekrebs.de)

Please also bring: a bathrobe, flip-flops, goggles, and a towel.

WEATHER

This workshop will take place even in cool or rainy weather. In the event of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or storm warnings, we may notify you of a last-minute cancellation. We will do our best to find an alternative date. If weather conditions necessitate last-minute cancellations, the course may have to be canceled on short notice.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS AND CANCELLATION

This compact course will take place with a minimum of three participants.

Please note our general cancellation policy. If you cancel at short notice or fail to show up, we reserve the right to charge you the fee.
