Meditation in the forest

We go into our beautiful mountain forest and take a little time to absorb this healing, soothing atmosphere completely in silence. We perceive the music and the scents of the forest, breathe the wonderful mountain air and connect with the power and wisdom of the spruce and larch trees, which are often over a hundred years old.

And so we glide gently from tension into relaxation, or as we like to say at the Fire Mountain, we come "from doing to being"!
