Yet they are much more than just decorative splashes of color in nature. Wild herbs are a valuable asset in the kitchen, medicine, and cosmetics. Even the most unassuming ones can have an amazing effect when used as tea, an infusion, or a poultice.
What’s stopping us from gathering and using these natural helpers? Most often, it’s the lack of (traditional) knowledge needed to identify them with certainty and assign them a specific use. You can easily change that: Join us on a herb-hunting hike led by an experienced wild plant expert. As part of a hands-on journey of discovery, you’ll use all your senses (sight, smell, taste, and touch) to learn about edible species and their respective benefits.
