Wild herbs🌿🍃✨... our forests and meadows are full of them. Most of the time, we only notice them in passing and admire the beauty of some of them. Yet they are much more than just decorative splashes of color in nature. Wild herbs are a valuable asset in the kitchen, medicine, and cosmetics. Even the most unassuming ones can have an amazing effect when used as tea, an infusion, or a poultice.
What’s stopping us from gathering and using these natural helpers? Most often, it’s the lack of (traditional) knowledge needed to identify them with certainty and assign them a specific use. You can easily change that: Join us on a herb-hunting hike led by an experienced wild plant expert. As part of a hands-on journey of discovery, you’ll use all your senses (sight, smell, taste, and touch) to learn about edible species and their respective benefits.
