TRX - Suspension Training is a highly effective whole-body workout using a sling system, in which the user's own body weight is used as a training resistance both in standing and lying position. With a very wide variety of variations, every area of the body can be effectively trained. Since the straps of the TRX® are constantly in motion during training, the small muscles close to the joints are activated in addition to the large muscle chains. This "instability" results in a much higher training stimulus.
