Goat Will dreams of great fame as a roarball player. Although he is slight and unsuitable for the tough contact sport, he wants to prove to everyone that he has what it takes. An animated film from the studio behind "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse", the chaotic Lieutenant Frank Drebin Jr. is tasked with investigating the death of a man who died in a car accident. But if the victim's sister is to be believed, it was not an accident, but murder. Frank takes up the investigation - and puts his foot in every conceivable mouth in the process.
