The "Simonywarte" is located 1,200 m above sea level. The view offers an exceptionally beautiful vista over the village of Bad Mitterndorf. The Simonywarte was named after the famous glacier researcher, landscape artist and writer Dr. Friedrich Simony. The ascent leads along a serpentine path, on which we climb 400 meters in altitude. Once we reach the highest point, a well-earned rest is rewarded with a magnificent panoramic view.
