In the main building there is an elevator for the first floor to the 3rd floor. Please note that the use of the elevator is not permitted in case of fire.

FAMILY ROOMS

The Hotel Haus Chorin offers a number of spacious rooms that can easily be equipped with an extra bed or crib.

CELEBRATIONS

We are happy to host your celebration in our rooms. Whether wedding, christening or birthday, we will provide the right setting according to your wishes. In addition to our capacities in the main building of the hotel, we also organize banquets in our restaurant "Alte Klosterschänke" on the south side of the Amtssee or support you in cooperation with the Chorin Monastery.

Evacuation routes

Please note the evacuation plans posted in your guest room and public areas. In the event of a necessary evacuation, an emergency signal will sound via the loudspeakers installed in the building. The assembly point is located in the lower parking lot.

BREAKFAST

Our breakfast buffet is available from 07:00 to 10:00 in the restaurant on the 1st floor. On Saturday, Sunday and public holidays until 10:30 am. We kindly ask you to observe the check-out time until 10:00 am and to vacate your guest room on time. We will be happy to store your luggage with us during this time.

Guest book

We would be delighted to receive your entry in our guest book, which is available at reception.

Guest houses

In addition to our main house, we also offer accommodation in our surrounding guest houses. The rooms offer less comfort and are a cost-effective alternative for a stay in the Schorfheide Biosphere or for an overnight stay on business.

BAGGAGE ROOM

We will be happy to store your luggage in our luggage room on the first floor free of charge.

BAGGAGE SERVICE

If you need help with your luggage, we will be happy to assist you. Alternatively, there is also a luggage trolley available in the hotel lobby.

Worship

Please check the notices in the foyer or ask at our reception desk for current church services.

TOWEL CHANGE

If required, we can also change your towels on a daily basis for an additional charge. Please inform our reception staff if this service is required.

Main building

In addition to the recently renovated guest rooms, our main building houses the reception, the Restaurant am Amtssee with terrace and breakfast menu, conference rooms and a bowling alley.

FAN HEATER

If it is too cold in your room, you can borrow a fan heater for your comfort.

WEDDINGS

Every year, many weddings are organized in our house and we receive a lot of praise for the implementation. Chorin Monastery organizes wedding ceremonies in an unforgettable setting. Please contact us.

DOGS/PETS

Please note that pets of any kind are not permitted in our house.

Please ask our reception staff if you need anything. We have various travel items available for you.

INTERNET

W-LAN is available free of charge throughout the hotel and is not password protected.

Please ask at our reception desk. We are happy if your children are happy.

Children's chairs are available for our little guests in each of our restaurants.

KLOSTER CHORIN

The Chorin Monastery is just a few minutes' walk from Hotel Haus Chorin. In addition to guided tours, Chorin Monastery is also the venue for many small events and the Chorin Music Summer from July to August each year.

MUSIC SUMMER

Every year in the months of July to August, the Chorin Music Summer is held at Chorin Monastery.

NIGHT SERVICE

Please note that our reception is not manned 24 hours a day. Our hotel is monitored overnight by a security service. Your room key opens and closes the side door of the main hotel entrance.

SEWING TOOL

You are welcome to obtain a needle and thread free of charge from our reception.

NON-SMOKING ROOMS

Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms or public areas. You are welcome to use the balcony or terrace of your room, if available. We thank you for your understanding, in the event of violations, the hotel reserves the right to assert any resulting damages against the guest and to issue a house ban.

We do not charge a fee for the available parking spaces at the hotel. Please note that the hotel accepts no liability for any damage.

RESTAURANT

Our restaurant "Am Amtssee" is located on the 1st floor. We look forward to welcoming you from 12:00 to 22:00. The kitchen closes at 20:00. Please note that we offer dinner as a buffet for higher occupancy.

SAUNA

Our sauna is currently out of service.

We won't leave you out in the rain and are happy to lend you umbrellas.

BAD WEATHER

We hope that the sun will shine for you. If our wish is not fulfilled, our staff will provide you with information and ideas for a beautiful day in the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve.

SHOE SHINE MACHINES

Our shoe shine machines on the floors in the main building of the hotel ensure clean shoes. You will find another shoe shine machine in our Haus am Wald.

We have 5 meeting rooms that can be opened and closed with a capacity of 3-200 people. Our guest houses also have rooms available that are ideal for a workshop. CIGARETTES

A vending machine with a wide range of products is located by the public toilets on the first floor. You will need a debit card or a "ZIGGI-Card", which you can obtain from reception.

ROOM CLEANING

Your guest room will be cleaned daily by our staff. If you would like a change of towels, we ask you to simply place the used towels on the bathroom floor.
