Registration only possible for house guests.

Our "Balance" unit involves simple stretching exercises and movements with controlled breathing from yoga, tai chi & Pilates. This is accompanied by flowing relaxation music - for even better "balance".

Please bring a towel to lie on and arrive 10 minutes before the class starts!
