Theme buffet

In addition to our buffet offer, we change the theme every day and want to combine popular dishes with Oberlausitz specialties.

Instead of a wrap, we serve a rolled pancake or instead of a classic burger with beef, we serve pulled pork knuckle with sauerkraut between the rolls.

Or you can get creative yourself and make your own favorite Oberlausitz dish.
