Day Spa at the Vivana Spa - wellness for external guests with panoramic views of Lake Reschen

Our Vivana Spa is not only open to hotel guests - day guests are also welcome to enjoy a relaxing break in our 1,000 m² adults-only wellness oasis. At the Day Spa Premium you can relax in the midst of the impressive mountain landscape of the Vinschgau Valley and enjoy a 50 min. full body massage (bookable between 13.00 & 15.00 pm)

Your wellness experience as a day guest

Our spacious spa area offers everything you need for a relaxing day:

Wet areas: Heated indoor pool and 36 °C outdoor whirlpool with a direct view of Lake Reschen

Sauna area: Two panoramic saunas - a Finnish sauna and a bio-herbal sauna, as well as a brine steam bath

Infrared loungers for soothing deep heat

Rest rooms: The Swiss stone pine room with waterbeds, floating lounger relaxation room and cozy hay beds with a view of the surrounding mountains

Opening times

Pool: 06.00 - 22.00

Sauna, steam bath & whirlpool: 14.00 - 19.00

Rest rooms & infrared loungers: 10.00 - 19.00

Dinner: from 18.30 pm

Included full body massage

The included full body massage lasts 50 minutes and can be booked for the day of the Day Spa between 13:00-15:00 and cannot be substituted with other treatments. IMPORTANT: the appointment is NOT automatically reserved, please make an appointment for the massage at spa@traube-post.it when booking your package. If you would like a different treatment, please book a different day spa package and your desired treatment separately.

Included services & to bring

Your day spa includes use of the entire wellness area during opening hours, a tea & juice bar with fresh fruit and a wellness basket with a cozy bathrobe, towels and a personal locker for your valuables. Please bring swimwear and sandals with you.

Additional moments of indulgence

Breakfast, lunch from the Hausgäste à la carte menu, or our 5-course evening menu can also be booked.
