ALARM - FIRE PROTECTION

A fire protection system is installed in our hotel for your protection.

In the event of a fire alarm, please leave our hotel immediately and without panicking. The green escape route signs are located above the doors in the corridors and will guide you to the exits.

In your room, you will find the escape plan with your location in the hotel on the room door.

Under no circumstances should you take the elevator!!!

The fire department will be informed automatically and is on its way.

If it is a false alarm, we will inform you immediately.

All randomly triggered alarms will be charged. Fire alarm: EUR 600.00

Elevator: EUR 1000.00

These amounts are also charged to us by the authorities/municipalities!

ACCESSION AND DEPARTURE

The rooms are available from 15:00 and must be checked out by 10:00.

ARLBERG APOTHEKE

In the pedestrian zone, next to the municipal office in the alley, towards the train station on the left-hand side.

BATHROOMS AND SLIPPERS

We will lend them to you free of charge during your stay. You are welcome to take your slippers from your room home with you.

PAYMENT OF THE HOTEL BILL

You are welcome to pay in the evening before your departure from 08:00 in the morning. If you leave earlier, please settle your bill the morning before. Thank you.

Your well-being is very important to us. Should there be any problems, please let us know your

complaints personally. We are very interested in your suggestions and opinions, as this allows us to continue to work on ourselves and improve.

Of course, we are also happy to receive positive feedback - even on one of the review portals!

BIKE AND SHOE ROOM

Please never leave the entrance door to the bike and shoe room open and also lock your bikes with a lock, otherwise the insurance cover will be lost.

This area is also secured with a camera.

Please hang your shoes upside down so that they dry properly.

Please do not go into the rooms and wellness area with hiking and running shoes with rough soles.

FITNESS

The ARLBERG-well.com Center in the village offers a public fitness room. (Note summer opening times, the center is not open all year round) If you have any questions, we will be happy to help you at reception.

FRISEUR

We will be happy to inform you about the possibilities at reception and make an appointment for you.

BIRTHDAYS

Please let us know in good time if you have any special requests for breakfast or dinner.

DOGS

Dogs are not permitted in the wellness area. In the restaurant by prior arrangement only.

TOWELS

Please do not take hand and shower towels that are in the rooms into the sauna area, as you will find your own towels there.

Please use the sauna bag provided for you in your room.

Children's nannies

Please let us know in good time. We will be happy to organize someone for you.

We accept cash, EC cards, Visa and MasterCard. Amex is not accepted.

LIFT

Parking spaces are available for you below the hotel.

Please let reception know which parking space you are occupying.

If you are blocking another vehicle, please let us know your license plate number and hand in your car keys at reception.

RESTAURANT KAMINSTUBE

Our "Kaminstube" is closed in summer. We are happy to welcome you in winter.

SAFE

Please keep your valuables in the room safe, which is located in the wardrobe.

SAUNA

On request from 15:30 to 19:30, in bad weather from 14:00

Please use the sauna bag provided for you in your room.

Please do not bring any food, drinks or glass into this area.

Children up to the age of 14 may only enter the sauna area under parental supervision. We ask you to keep quiet as this area is intended for relaxation.

Keys

The room cards also open the front door and the bicycle cellar. If you go out in the evening, please remember to take it with you. The front door is closed around 22.00. Room bills

You can have your consumption in the restaurant and at the bar charged to your room on request. Please check the individual bills and sign them before you leave the restaurant. Otherwise we cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect bookings.
