A look behind the scenes

Stefan knows every nook and cranny of this building—and on Wednesday, he’ll take you on a tour. At 10 a.m., he’ll open doors that are usually off-limits: technical rooms, back-of-house areas, and the behind-the-scenes side of Franks. What goes on behind the scenes, how much here is made by hand and run with a genuine commitment to sustainability—Stefan is the best person to explain that himself. Questions are definitely welcome.
