Orchid show on the island of Mainau

Over 3,000 specimens of fascinating orchid beauties open the Mainau year with their abundance of flowers: the island of Mainau takes you on a journey into the colorful world of orchids. For 8 weeks, the Palm House will be transformed into an opulent backdrop for the precious plants. Various Phalaeonopsis varieties in bright shades of pink and white, Vanda orchids, cattleyas and exotic rarities will be artfully staged by us.

An orchid sale will take place daily as part of the orchid show.
