ROUTE:
From Hotel Miramonti continue on the left in the direction of Piazza di Combo after which you cross the Combo Bridge, climb along the Ripa Guardia Nazionale, via Castello and take the sent. S532 until you reach the sent. S533 of the Reit foothills. Turning left for 200 m you will see the trail that reaches the Reit Cross. The walk, although very steep in some sections, takes place on a well-marked path, characterized by numerous numbered hairpin bends, within a forest of fir and larch, lodgepole pine and mountain pines at altitude. The view from the cross embraces the entire valley and extends from Valfurva to Valdidentro, passing through Valdisotto. Immediately above, having finished the vegetation, the dolomite face of Mount Reit rises majestically, on which it is easy to glimpse groups of ungulates. The descent can be made on the same route as the outward or in the direction of Uzza and Pramezzano.
