Cheese Fondue in the Bauernstube – For Cheese Lovers Only

When it gets colder outside, it gets especially cozy here in the Bauernstube. Gather around our beautiful old oak tables in keeping with our motto: “We’re happier when we eat together.”

In the middle of the table, the cheese fondue bubbles away: a delicious blend of spicy Gruyère—creamy, hearty, and simply irresistible, at least for us cheese lovers.

To ensure everyone at the table finds their favorite combination, we serve oven-fresh farmhouse bread, fluffy baguettes, small potatoes, vegetable sticks, and other treats that are perfect for dipping in the cheese. Pair it with a glass of white wine from Jürgen’s Franke treasure chest, and the evening is perfectly rounded out.
