A cacao ceremony is a conscious, ritualistic experience that revolves around the preparation and drinking of raw, high-quality cacao. This practice originated in Central and South America, where indigenous cultures have revered cocoa as a sacred plant for centuries.
Basic idea
Cocoa as a heart opener: raw cocoa contains substances such as theobromine, which have a mildly stimulating effect and support the heart. Many people report more inner warmth, lightness and emotional openness.
Conscious experience: The ceremony is often accompanied by meditation, music, breathing exercises or quiet reflection. The aim is to be mindful in the moment and to feel a connection to oneself.
Ritual character: Cocoa is prepared and drunk mindfully, often with a short attunement, intention or gratitude.
Daniel brings fine organic raw cocoa mass from Guatemala & Belize for you.
On his travels through Central & South America, he was able to learn a lot from various indigenous cults and so his path also led to the origin of cocoa. This wonderful plant has been a part of his life for many years.
He sees it as his task to share the joy and original power of cocoa with the world in an honest way. Also to accompany people on their journey back to themselves and to get back to the level of their heart.
Daniel has already been to several festivals and events throughout Europe, where he worked with some musicians & artists and passed on his experiences around cocoa at the cocoa bar to the people.
