This retreat is taking place for the first time in Upper Lusatia . Trixi Park, featuring the nature-oriented Waldstrand-Hotel**** and Thomas Hönel, invites you to a very special feel-good weekend.
Over the course of two days, you’ll systematically explore which inner and outer resources make YOUR life sustainable—independent of a performance-driven mindset and short-term optimization strategies. The foundation is the Japanese philosophy of life, Ikigai, combined with values-based work. The program is based on the six pillars outlined by Ken Mogi as well as the dimensions of a fulfilling life according to Mieko Kamiya. The program is complemented by meditation, mindfulness exercises, and exercises to cultivate an accepting attitude toward your own experiences.
