We welcome the day with a gentle and activating yoga practice, consisting of Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation. As part of the Seven Senses Yoga Retreat, each day offers a different sensory focus (Oils, Balance, Sound, and more). Through mobilization and stretching exercises, we wake up the body, get our circulation going with sun salutations, and prepare ourselves for the day ahead with this full-body Vinyasa flow.
If the weather is nice, we will practice in the garden – meeting point in front of the yoga room. Please bring something to cover up.
Suitable for all levels.
