Children's yoga with our yoga teacher Eva (3-6 years)

In children’s yoga, kids perform typical yoga poses in a playful way. Unlike yoga for adults, the asanas—that is, the individual poses—are held for shorter periods so as not to strain children’s bodies. Children’s yoga is designed to be more dynamic to accommodate children’s natural urge to move. Our yoga instructor, Eva, also combines the yoga flows with short stories.
