Alpine Sushi Buffet

When the Zillertal mountains meet Japanese culinary art, the result is our Alpine sushi. Hannes and his kitchen team put their own spin on these small rolls—with Alpine influences, fine ingredients, and surprising combinations. At the buffet, you can sample the variety and discover your favorites. For sushi fans and anyone who likes to try something new.
