Trimburg ruins

From the ruins of the former Trimburg castle, you have a magnificent view of the Saale valley. High on a steep rocky spur above Trimberg, a district of the market town of Elfershausen, lies the striking castle complex, which is open on Sundays and public holidays in summer. Hikers, cyclists and walkers will find one of the most beautiful beer gardens in the region here.
