Kiener Alm (1,741 m)

The Kiener Alm is situated in a quiet, scenic location at the foot of the Gitschberg and is a wonderful destination for families, hiking enthusiasts, and those who enjoy the finer things in life. You’ll find a sunny terrace, traditional South Tyrolean specialties, and a small playground for children.

From the Gitschberg Cable Car valley station in Meransen

via an easy hiking trail

Walking time: approx. 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes

🚗 Directions:

The Kiener Alm is also accessible by car

conveniently in both summer and winter

From the Kiener Alm, you can also continue on a wonderful hike—to the Kleiner Gitsch or up the Gitschberg.
