2-day compact course with max. 8 children. Recommended age: from 8 years

Swimming time per day: approx. 50 min

This compact course teaches the basics of athletic swimming;

-athletic breaststroke (head under water when stretching)

-backstroke

-back crawl

-crawl swimming without head under water and possibly crawl swimming with head under water

. Crawl swim with head under water

professional

guided by Meike Krebs-Gatzka, former professional triathlete and sports scientist.

Fee

50 euros. Please bring the fee in cash.

RECOMMENDED AGE

From 8 years

MATERIAL

Swimming goggles and a swimming cap are required.

We recommend a wetsuit for all courses. Meike has some for hire (please contact Meike directly: meike@meikekrebs.de)

Weather

This course also takes place in cool and rainy weather. In the event of heavy rain, thunderstorms and storm warnings, you may receive a cancellation from us at short notice. We will do our best to find an alternative date.

If there are last-minute cancellations due to weather conditions, the course may have to be canceled at short notice.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS AND CANCELLATION

This compact course takes place with a minimum of three participants.

Please note our general cancellation policy. If you cancel at short notice or do not show up, we reserve the right to charge you the fee.
