Recommended age: from 8 years\n\nSwimming time per day: approx. 50 min\n\nThis compact course teaches the basics of athletic swimming;\n\n-athletic breaststroke (head under water when stretching)\n\n-backstroke\n\n-back crawl\n\n-crawl swimming without head under water and possibly crawl swimming with head under water\n\n. Crawl swim with head under water\n\nprofessional\n\nguided by Meike Krebs-Gatzka, former professional triathlete and sports scientist.\n\nFee\n\n50 euros. Please bring the fee in cash.\n\nPlease register in good time!\n\nRECOMMENDED AGE\n\nFrom 8 years\n\nMATERIAL\n\nSwimming goggles and a swimming cap are required.\n\nWe recommend a wetsuit for all courses. Meike has some for hire (please contact Meike directly: meike@meikekrebs.de)\n\nWeather\n\nThis course also takes place in cool and rainy weather. In the event of heavy rain, thunderstorms and storm warnings, you may receive a cancellation from us at short notice. We will do our best to find an alternative date.\n\nIf there are last-minute cancellations due to weather conditions, the course may have to be canceled at short notice.\n\nMINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS AND CANCELLATION\n\nThis compact course takes place with a minimum of three participants.\n\nPlease note our general cancellation policy.
