FERMENTING: Booster for our intestinal flora - Preserving local vegetables and herbs, incl. samples to take home.



We will first talk about the importance of fermented foods for our health and how we can improve our gut health with the help of beneficial microorganisms. I will also introduce different techniques and possibilities of fermentation.

In the practical part, we ferment vegetables combined with wild herbs to take home, we also put various drinks such as kombucha, water kefir and ginger beer to ferment.

We will taste some ferments and I will show you exciting further processing possibilities in the kitchen.

Please bring three to five 200 ml jars, there is a possibility to take home kombucha mother and water kefir crystals.
