Guest Mobility Ticket

Since May 2025, the mobility tax has been in force in Salzburger Land and all overnight guests receive the Guest Mobility Ticket. Discover St. Johann in Salzburg and the surrounding area in an environmentally friendly way by public transport! Every overnight guest pays the small fee of € 0.50 per night, which is charged as a mandatory mobility contribution and is added to the overnight stay tax, and thus receives the Guest Mobility Ticket to use public transport easily and sustainably.

With the ticket, all overnight guests have the opportunity to use all public transport in SalzburgerLand for the duration of their stay. This includes all city transport, regional bus services, all suburban trains, regional trains, long-distance trains and the Salzburg Transport shuttles in the province.

You will receive your ticket digitally or as a PDF directly at check-in at your accommodation or via pre check-in in advance for your journey.
