Shinrin Yoku – From the meeting point at the Bergbahnen parking lot in Großarl, take the hiking taxi to the Finsterwald parking lot. From there, the leisurely hike begins toward Grafenalm (unmanned). Jutta Prommegger leads mindfulness, meditation, and creative exercises in the forest that reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, and improve sleep quality and overall health. Experience the forest from new perspectives and savor it mindfully. The descent follows the same route back to the starting point.
