Together with mom or dad, we embark on a relaxing journey full of peace and imagination. Through simple breathing exercises and child-friendly relaxation techniques, we learn to let go of everyday life and arrive fully in the moment.
We then take the children and their parents on a magical fantasy journey. In our imagination, we discover beautiful places, experience little adventures and enjoy valuable time together. The meditation journey strengthens the bond between parents and child, promotes inner peace and gives new energy for everyday life.
