Elastic, light and lively walking and running!

Learn the basics to keep all structures healthy and relieve strain in the long term when hiking, walking, strolling and running.....

We use various impulses from

- Medical Walking,

- Orthomed Walking and

- Fascia Walking

to develop our optimal stride length, walking and running technique.

Simple tips are used to stimulate the fascia network and myofascial pathways - clearly packaged in pictures: from quiet foot touchdowns to gliding shoulder blades.

Slow jogging

The easiest and most pleasant way to walk. The special technique is easy on the joints, the pace is always in the feel-good range and puts you in a measurably good mood.

We practise the three most important technical features of slow jogging:

- Mid-foot strike

- 180 steps per minute

- Niko Niko
