41st Fish Harvest Week

When everything around Dinkelsbühl revolves around the region’s fishing traditions, history comes to life in a particularly enjoyable way. From October 31 to November 8, 2026, the 41st Fish Harvest Week invites you to learn more about the region’s centuries-old fish farming traditions.

Every day starting at 10 a.m., a varied program centered on fish, regional traditions, and the special significance of the numerous ponds and rivers around Dinkelsbühl awaits you in Dinkelsbühl’s Old Town. The fish market and aquarium exhibition are open weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The program is complemented by various themed tours, traditional pond fishing, and special events.
