Team building event: paper airplane competition

You will need: A long hallway, tape to mark the takeoff line on the floor, a yard stick, and cardboard.

Give each team cardboard to build an airplane out of. Show team members different airplane models for inspiration and have the team decide together which model they think will fly the farthest. To add to the fun factor, encourage teams to decorate their planes before they fly. The winning team will be determined based on the distance flown, i.e., which plane travels the longest distance.
