His farm, the Jochumhof, is located right next to us in Garun. Under the name Curun, the old name for Graun, specialties from Tyrolean grey cattle are produced there.
For Alois, the heart of sustainable farming is suckler cow husbandry: the calves grow up with their mothers and stay in a close herd. In summer, they graze on remote mountain pastures, while in winter they are looked after on the farm.
The products are created according to traditional recipes and the highest quality standards - for an authentic taste that makes you feel the alpine origins in every bite.
